The challenge

EU Natural Solutions sells organic soil and agricultural supplies to other businesses across Europe. They were stuck at a 1.5x ROAS with inconsistent month-to-month performance — every time they tried to push spend, performance collapsed. The account had no clear creative strategy and the team wasn’t sure where the leaks were.

What we did

We started with a full audit of the existing account — creative library, audience structure, attribution setup. From there we rebuilt the program from the ground up:

  • Audited every active and historical creative, identifying which formats and messages were actually driving conversions
  • Briefed and tested a new creative direction across statics and short-form video
  • Mapped out previously untapped audience segments specific to their B2B buyers
  • Restructured live campaigns for cleaner attribution and clearer testing
